We paddled together the next day to Prevost Island but detoured by Saltspring Island where we stopped for a drink at the local pub (Ganges) before finishing the day at Prevost campsite. Patti and I came back to Sidney on Sunday from Prevost via Portland and Coal Islands. The whole weekend was fantastic…sun, sun, sun and more sun with light wind, perfect conditions through out the weekend, paddling only in t-shirt, summer was au Rendez-vous for that weekend. Broke the 1000 km mark on that paddle for 2011…yeah!

P32-Esquimalt to Victoria

Paddle #32
Date: August 21, 2011
Destination: PFKC to VCKC (Victoria)
Distance: 8 miles
Cumulative miles: 531.9 miles ( 985 km)
Put in: PFKC
Pull out: VCKC
Pictures: - Click here -

Patti and I took Barry for a paddle from PFKC to VCKC.
